What is IML?

In-mould labeling, or IML for short, is a popular decoration technology for plastic packaging.

With in-mould labeling, the label is placed in the injection moulding tool in which the product is shaped, therefore bonding it permanently to the finished product. This decoration method allows for efficient shaping and decorating in just a single step.

IML decoration is the most popular option for our cups as the design covers up to 99% of the cup, can include photographic quality images and unlimited colours.
