Changing Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of drinksmate.co.uk following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please submit your delivery address and details of the issue to sales@Drinksmate.co.uk

We guarantee our products will be of the highest quality and represent the visual that was approved for the order, please be aware colours can vary from is visible on a screen in comparison to what is printed on our cups.

Invoicing & Payment

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer which is done once invoice has been received. If for any reason this is not possible, please contact us for alternate payment methods. Payment is due on the day of invoice receipt. Our invoices are sent out by email in PDF format to minimise paper printouts.

An order will not be processed until payment has been received. If the customer fails to make a payment on the due date of an invoice, then without prejudice www.drinksmate.co.uk can cancel or suspend deliveries without notice.

Alterations & Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products being custom printed, the amendments may or may not be possible depending on the progress of the order. Once the order has been confirmed it will start the printing process.

You can cancel your order at any time by giving us five working days’ notice. However, due to the nature of the products being custom printed, the cancellation may not be possible depending on the progress of the order and you may still be charged.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will be made according to the address and delivery instructions given    to Drinksmate.

Whilst we will do our best to achieve any stated delivery days these are for guidance only. Drinksmate send all orders on a next day delivery service. If a delivery date is given and agreed for an order then the shipment will be sent for delivery on that date (i.e. the day before for the delivery date given). If production allows the order may be shipped earlier. Drinksmate will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries – a refund cannot be provided if a delivery is late due to issues out of our hands with the carrier.

Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing www.drinksmate.co.uk with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.

Limitations of Liability
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the drinksmate.co.uk will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to www.drinksmate.co.uk may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.

Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
